Great location and clean rooms with modern amenities. the hotel is located in the heart of the business area which is really convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful in directing us to local attractions. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace which provided a nice view of the city.
The hotel was overpriced and didn't offer value for money. the room service was slow and inaccurate, and the food at the restaurant was not up to the mark.

The hotel is in a prime location, right in the main market area. Guests can easily explore the nearby attractions such as the zoo and Hazratgunj shopping area. the hotel is conveniently close to Charbagh railway station, making it easily accessible for travelers.
Limited breakfast options.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, right in the heart of the main market area. It made exploring the city so convenient. Secondly, the prices were very reasonable and offered great value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms, with everything being clean and well maintained. Lastly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Special mention to the reception staff who were always helpful. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast that was served every morning.
All was great, no improvements needed.
